Terms & Conditions

1. Supervision of Children
  - All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Craftea does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
  - Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the children in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.
2. Age of Children
  - Our play space is designed for children under 7 years old. Older children are welcome to enjoy the crafts and play space, but supervision remains essential.
3. Food & Drink
  - Only food or drink purchased from Craftea may be consumed onsite, unless agreed in advance for neurodivergent children or those with severe allergies.
  - Baby food is allowed, as we do not provide it.
  - Food and drink are not permitted in the role-play areas.
4. Allergens
  - Customers are responsible for notifying the team of any allergens that need to be catered for. Prior notice is always appreciated.
5. Personal Belongings
  - We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
  - Any unclaimed lost property will be donated to charity after 30 days.
6. Play Equipment
  - All play area equipment is maintained, checked, and cleaned regularly. Please use equipment gently to avoid damage or stains.
  - Small accidents and bumps may occur as part of normal play. We cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from children using the equipment or toys. Please report any accidents, damage, or safety concerns to a team member.
7. Prohibited Items
  - Sharp objects, toys with small parts, or hazardous materials are not allowed in the play space.
8. Encouraging Safe Play
  - Please encourage kind and gentle play to ensure safety and enjoyment for all children.
9. Nappy Changing & Bathrooms
  - Nappy changing and potty use should only be conducted in the toilets. Children must not be left unattended in the bathroom.
10. Following Staff Instructions
  - Please follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the Craftea team.
11. Health & Sickness
  - Children who are unwell or contagious should not attend Craftea.
  - We offer a generous cancellation policy of 12 hours to accommodate child sickness.
12. Behaviour & Safety
  - We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individuals who do not comply with play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.
13. Session Capacity
  - Each play session is limited to a maximum of 10 children, with a maximum of 6 children per single booking, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
